A lovely looking property with fab views but there are some negatives

great location with fab views, house well equipped. Great chippy near the boat builders- shame the first pub down the road does not do food.

Picture shows end house but it is the next one in- walls between the property next door (not the end one) are very thin and you can hear what is going on next door, tv, door slamming etc. Landing very creaky and impossible to go for a quiet visit to the bathroom in the night without waking others up. Could do with hooks on back of bedroom & bathroom doors to hang up dressing gowns and downstairs somewhere near the back door somewhere to hang up wet clothes. Tv rubbish as no channel 4 plus ITV was on a different number every single night so you ended up not catching all the news.
